Heltah Skeltah was a hip hop duo which consisted of rappers Rock (Jahmal Bush) and Ruck (Sean Price). The two were members of New York super group Boot Camp Clik along with Buckshot, Smif -N- Wessun and O.G.C.  This song is from their debut album Da Shinin’ which was released in 1995.  I admit, this was my favorite track from the project, and when the video came out… No seriously this was some other level shit in 1995.
